By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on php555, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. Your continued use of the php555 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on php555. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a working email address. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

php555 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. Documents typically requested include:

• A valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, Voter's ID)
• Proof of address dated within the last three (3) months

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player tier and are subject to change.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within three (3) minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of KYC verification or an active security review.
• php555 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to the player's account balance in cases of suspected fraud, unresolved disputes, or pending verification requirements.

php555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to players who have registered a verified php555 account and meet the eligibility criteria specified for each offer.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds are used only after the player's real-money balance is exhausted, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

• Only one active welcome bonus applies per new player registration. Players may not claim a welcome bonus more than once.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with php555.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence-assisted tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise use the php555 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or php555 staff members to manipulate the outcome of any game or event.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using php555 as a mechanism to layer, place, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name, or processing transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward php555 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing php555 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the php555 platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, audio, and visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of php555 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the php555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any php555 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the php555 platform or its underlying software.
• Use the php555 name, logo, or branding in any context without express written authorisation from php555.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the php555 platform by automated means.

php555 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy. By creating a php555 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

php555 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
